We understand that life happens and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel your appointment. Although, we kindly ask that these cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If this is not possible, sadly your 25% deposit will become non-refundable (if you have not paid a deposit upfront, we will require this amount to be paid via invoice or at your next appointment). If you cancel within 24 hours, 50% of your treatment cost will be required. Cancellations on the day of or no shows will be required to pay the full treatment cost.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do not respond to any automated messages reminding you of your appointment. We will not receive these and will assume you are attending your appointment. If you need to get in contact please either call, text, whataspp or email.

Please let yourself into the salon and make yourself comfortable in our waiting area - your therapist will be with you shortly to welcome you.

However, if you are running late for any reason, please call or send us a message; as in some cases your appointment may run too late to go ahead or your treatments may have to be slightly adapted to stay within your allocated appointment time.

Please ensure you fill out your consultation form which will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment. Please let us know if you have not received this by this time frame.

The consultation form will require information on any allergies or medical conditions you may have as well as asking important questions to ensure you are getting the most out of your treatment.

Clients must complete a consultation form for any treatments they have not had at Glow Beauty before. If a client has had this treatment at Glow Beauty, they are able to ignore the consultation form unless any medical history has changed since their last appointment for this treatment.

A patch test is required for the following services; Eyelash Lifts, Eyelash Tints, Eyebrow Tints & Eyebrow Laminations.

A small amount of product will be applied to your inner wrist or forearm and covered with a plaster. A patch test needs to be left on the skin for at least 48 hours to leave enough time to see if a reaction will occur.

Patch testing is important to help you and your therapist to be sure that you can safely use a new ingredient/product. The potential severity of an allergic reaction can cause anything from minor redness to painful swelling or worse.

Patch tests are a necessity when booking an appointment. Please ensure you do so to avoid disappointment as your treatment will not be carried out without one.

It is your responsibility to organise a patch test. You are able to either contact us directly to book or visit our online booking system via the link in our bio.

If you have failed to organise a patch test within this 48 hour time frame, your appointment will not go ahead. A patch test for both Tinting and LashBomb Solutions must be updated every 6 months or if there is a change in medical history.

At Glow Beauty, we’re happy to treat children and teenagers for selected services, provided a parent or guardian is present and a consent form has been completed prior to the appointment. We always ensure that treatments are suitable, safe, and tailored appropriately for younger clients.

Please note that some of our treatments have strict, non-negotiable age restrictions in place. These policies are there to protect the wellbeing of our clients and to ensure all services are carried out responsibly and professionally.
